Chief Executive
Colonel (Retd.) Peter Germain joined the Army as an infantry officer in 1986 after completing a BA Hons in Business. Now, Chief Executive of the Reserve Forces and Cadets Association in London, he is responsible for managing 170 Reserve and Cadet sites, the provision of Professional Support Staff for the Army Cadet Force in the capital, and wider engagement to link Defence to employers and the London Community.
