The ultimate competition to find London’s most able team of analysts hosted by KPMG in association with RFCA for Greater London.
This year, KPMG hosted the Intelligence Challenge 2025, designed and run by 3 Military Intelligence Battalion in association with GL RFCA. Ten teams competed under the guidance of a Military Intelligence Operator; they were taught military analysis skills which enable problem-solving under time constraints.

Who won?
Before the winners were announced, a networking reception took place in KPMG’s conference room, providing everyone participating a chance to discuss the given tasks and military skills.
We would like to thank the teams that took part in this challenge, we hope this gave them an insight in to how military skills are transferable.
The event was attended by The Lady Mayoress of City of London LBdr Florence King, who awarded the winners and the runners up.
Every participating team performed well but the 3MI’s Intelligence Challenge Trophy 2025 went to M&C Saatchi followed by Vanquis Bank who came in second.
The event, kindly hosted by KPMG at their Canary Wharf Office in London provided a great opportunity for employers to understand and learn more about the Armed Forces and how they can support them.
